As a veterinary technician you would be responsible for the following: handling & restraining animals, drawing blood, monitoring anesthesia, lifting up to 50 lbs, monitoring hospitalized patients, administering medications, assisting the doctor, performing laboratory tests, inputting patient records, dealing with isolation patients, client communication and education, placing IV catheters. Our hospital is paperless so some computer knowledge is also required.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
